EAST sports training is designed specifically for you! It is geared towards enhancing your athletic potential in your sport of choice. Strength, speed, and endurance are just a few of the main focal points of EAST training. Another key component to EAST is goal setting. After being evaluated by our player development team a course of action will be created to help you obtain realistic goals that will result in your progression as an athlete.
